GoalI will allot time during my lessons for short "brain breaks" that will allow the students to refocus on the concepts we are learning.
ReflectionI was able to give my students a lot of little breaks by integrating songs into my lessons and routines. This gave them something to always do and participate in. I plan on using this strategy every year.

Artifact Songs and pictures
ReflectionI loved using songs as a "brain break" because all of the students could participate and they were just long enough to get everyone back on track without losing time talking.
