GoalI will reflect on my instruction, specifically during center time, to refine learning goals and be able to meet with each student weekly in guided reading.
ReflectionI had a really difficult time with centers this year. I had large class sizes which made the noise level loud and hard to work with small groups. Each term I changed centers to meet my teaching goals and to promote student self regulation. Next year I want to be able to establish centers right away and get the routines taught to the students so that they can manage their time spent at activities.

RefelctionI spent a lot of time reflecting and working with my colleagues to find a way to centers that worked for me. I'm glad that i tried it in so many ways because now I know better what I want and expect.
